Who is responsible. The data controller is Nova Studio Andreassen (PubRescue), Gamle Kongsbergvei 662, 3322 Fiskum, Norway, org. no. 934 790 618, [email protected].
What we collect. The files you upload, their names and folder paths, and technical data needed to run the service (such as your IP address in server logs). If you pay, Stripe processes your payment and shares your email address and payment status with us. We never see your card details.
What we use it for. Only to convert your files, deliver the results, handle payments and answer support requests. We don't sell or share your files or data, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI models.
How long we keep it. Your original files are deleted as soon as conversion finishes. Converted results and job records are deleted automatically after 7 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Where it's processed. Uploads are stored temporarily with Cloudflare, converted on our own conversion machine in Europe, and payments are handled by Stripe.
Your rights. You can ask us to delete your files and data at any time, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet).
Cookies and analytics. We don't use cookies or tracking. We count page views as anonymous daily totals (page, referring website and country only). No IP addresses or identifiers are stored.
