The service. PubRescue converts Microsoft Publisher (.pub) files you upload into PDF, Word (.docx) and image files. You see a free preview before paying. The price shown on your conversion page is the total you pay; there are no subscriptions.
Your files. Only upload files you own or have the right to convert. You keep all rights to your files. We use them only to perform the conversion (see Privacy).
Quality. PDFs are exported by Microsoft Publisher and should match your originals. The Word versions are produced automatically and complex layouts may shift. If fonts used in your file are unusual and not available to us, Publisher may substitute a similar font. Files that can't be opened are listed on your preview and aren't charged.
Refunds. If your converted files aren't usable, email us within 14 days and we'll fix the problem or refund you in full. Because you receive the digital files immediately after payment, you agree that the service is fully performed at download; this doesn't affect our refund promise above.
Availability. Downloads are available for 7 days after conversion. Please save your files. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
